Niubalus Logistics Limited (“Niubalus”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to providing reliable, professional, and high-quality logistics, drone, and technology services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, returns, or credits may be issued.

By engaging our services or purchasing products through our website or via formal quotation, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Logistics and delivery services
  • Drone operations and deployments
  • Medical, agricultural, or technical payload delivery services
  • ICT, connectivity, and infrastructure solutions
  • Equipment supplied directly by Niubalus Logistics Limited
  • Consulting, feasibility, and project-based services

This policy does not apply to third-party vendors or partners unless explicitly stated in writing.


2. Nature of Services

Many of Niubalus Logistics Limited’s services are:

  • Custom-designed
  • Mission-specific
  • Time-sensitive
  • Operationally dependent on weather, terrain, aviation approvals, and third-party infrastructure

As such, refunds and returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Refunds for Services

3.1 Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once commenced:

  • Drone flight operations and deployments
  • Medical or time-critical logistics missions
  • Consulting, planning, feasibility studies, and assessments
  • Custom logistics or infrastructure designs
  • Services delayed or impacted by force majeure events

3.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered where:

  • A service was cancelled by Niubalus prior to commencement
  • A service could not be delivered due to an internal operational failure solely attributable to Niubalus
  • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made
  • Services were materially different from what was contractually agreed

Any approved refund will be processed net of incurred costs, including mobilisation, regulatory fees, and third-party charges.


3.3 Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations made before mobilisation may be eligible for a partial refund
  • Cancellations made after mobilisation will not be eligible for a refund
  • Advance payments or deposits may be retained to cover preparation and administrative costs

All cancellations must be made in writing.


4. Equipment Returns

4.1 Eligible Returns

Equipment supplied directly by Niubalus may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is defective on delivery
  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • The item was damaged in transit

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


4.2 Conditions for Returns

Returned equipment must:

  • Be unused and in original condition (unless faulty)
  • Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Not show signs of misuse, modification, or environmental damage

Niubalus reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement.


4.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-configured or bespoke equipment
  • Installed or commissioned hardware
  • Software licenses or digital services
  • Consumables and time-sensitive medical logistics materials

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
  • Refund processing may take 10–21 business days, depending on banking institutions
  • Niubalus is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers

6. Force Majeure

Niubalus Logistics Limited shall not be liable for refunds or compensation resulting from delays, failures, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Aviation or regulatory restrictions
  • Civil unrest or security incidents
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Acts of government or authorities

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a refund or return:

  1. The matter should first be raised formally in writing
  2. Both parties will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith
  3. If unresolved, Niubalus may propose mediation or arbitration

This policy does not limit any statutory rights available under applicable law.


8. Policy Updates

Niubalus Logistics Limited reserves the right to amend this Refund & Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website with the revised date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
